If you’re running a Superflow or similar dyno, this may save you trouble over time. The power converter has a cooling fan with a small foam intake filter. If you’ve never checked it, it’s probably plugged and degraded. Simply suck out all the old foam with a shop vac, then put a piece of air filter material over it and secure it with painter’s tape. This tip works for nearly any piece of electronic equipment in a dusty environment. I noticed improved air movement immediately.
